My name is Matt and I’m the Owner, Head Baker and Chief ‘Furry-Belly’ Filler for the business. I started the business while living in the New Forest, where I was also lucky enough to be close to some lovely beaches too.
Being a Chef in high-end corporate hospitality for over 25 years, I wanted to produce a product that, as for all the guests I’ve had the pleasure to cook for, has been made with passion and the emphasis on ‘Fresh is Best’
There’s no large batch production, and all orders are created with love, using a diverse range of ingredients, carefully prepared, which helps to create amazing treats
